If anyone has a way of contacting a human being at PayPal, I would appreciate the information. I can believe the poor level of customer service at PayPal. Any information will be appreciated Dr. S

If we can't help then your only options are..........

Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Phones are not normally up and running at the moment due to covid but you may get lucky.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

most of these operators are in the Philippines, no problem there, PayPal should recruit more employees there to handle the case loads.
