Problem with Merchant Lim Tack

Has anyone purchased items from a merchant named Lim Tack? I ordered an item October 2, 2020. I have not received the item and have not heard back from the merchant even though I emailed them. The description of the amount deducted from my checking account said PayPal *FUHUIYI3265. The receipt I printed states "money won't leave your account until Lim Tack processes your order" but money was deducted from my checking account on Oct 18, 2020. I am not able to find a way to call PayPal to talk to anyone about this.
