I tried using my debit card at three different local stores, and the card scanner repeatedly refused payment because of incorrect pin number - even though I entered the correct number. Tried changing the pin, no success; obtained a new card, no success; called PayPal and verified pin information, was told card should work, but problem continued; called MasterCard, no help. I've contacted PayPal several times, but got same answer every time - "it should work fine." Can anyone help?
