I regularly ship through PayPal by Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box, for which the rate this year has been $7.65 after the commercial discount is applied. (I do not have a merchant account, but have received this discount for at least the last 10 years.) I just prepared a label (15 minutes ago) and got that rate. But the label I'm trying to do now is coming up $8.05, which is the standard rate without the commercial discount.
I've tried the shipping process several times, coming to PayPal through the email notification I get following the sale, and logging in directly, and the results are the same. Anybody know what might be going on? Rates change each January (and they wouldn't change in the middle of a Sunday afternoon in any case) so that's not it
