Printing problem USPS scan form and printing of address label/receipt pages.

For some unknown reason when I printed the USPS scan form and the label pages yesterday and again today I got an enlarged printout of the scan form and a miniaturized printing of the label/receipts.  I have made no changes to my computer, at least that I am aware of.  Is this a PayPal issue or of my pc?  If my pc, can you point me in the right direction to correct it?  I have looked at Page Setup and the Format is at 100%.  Thank you.

Never have I ever known that PayPal lets you print USPS multiple package scan form from PayPal Shipping, unless its a new thing. lol So I did a web search...found a post from 2010. Wow! I have used it via USPS Click N'Ship.
