hey guys so i bought a prepaid visa gift card when i check the balance on it it confirms the 50 dollars is there but paypal keeps declining it. i've tried troubleshooting to no avail. I was hoping someone could help me. Thank you - Aaron
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
