I recently bought a PayPal prepaid card the first day I tried activating it( and I’m still having the same issues) I typed my card number on the website the website would never load and the show me the loading screen I called the phone number around 50 times and only 1 time it showed that my card was real it sent me a text message and it still just showed a loading symbol. Is there any solution to this or something that I’m doing wrong. Can I possibly get a refund?
