Prepaid PayPal HELP!!!!

Tonight I bought the prepaid PayPal card. I forgot my old login for my old PayPal Acct so I had to make a new one with my school email. I called the 800 number and activated the card but it’s New Year’s Eve and now they’re closed. Anyways it’s saying in my wallet that I still have to verify something...it also isn’t showing my available balance on the app which should be $65.... I just need to be able to send this money to a family member that needed it hours ago.....

I don't know what you think you can do with the PayPal prepaid card but you can only transfer money to it from your associated PayPal account available balance. It doesn't let you add funds to your PayPal account. You need the PayPal Cash card for that.

You need to link a bank account to your new paypal account to verify it from the Wallet page, then click Send & Request to send money with the linked bank account to another PayPal account via email address.

It will take you up to a few days for you to properly setup your PayPal account before you can send money to another PayPal account.
