Prepaid Card Question help

I am new to PayPal and I was thinking of getting the PayPal prepaid reloading card and do I need a w02 or sun to turn it on?

I  just need some help:)

Do you need a 'what' to turn the card on? A W2 form?

Once you get the card, there should be some information with the card on how to activate and link the card to your PayPal account.

I was told by PayPal chat I need something to prove who I was but I don't think they know what thy where saying.
