I ordered a mobility scooter in the month of February the bill with my order had the wrong tracking number the tracking number started with the first letters l w which Bean lightweight when the tracking number was livered to me it was a piece of mail not a scooter that tracking number came twice to be both times it was a package I had an open case did PayPal close it because the distributor said I received that tracking number the number was incorrect it was for mail I waited 31 days while a trace one package and when it came it was mail now PayPal says they will not refund my purchase I did a little investigation I was able to determine that the tracking number was wrong I don't know why they could not do that so I about $100
