I have requested that a problem be escalated to a claim at least 4 times. But to no avail. The problem just got me closed. Not only do they NOT call you they also DON’T message you. Now I know why they don’t give you a phone number to call. They JUST DON’T CARE!!! Who cares if you have lost over $300 with numerous merchants. When I receive the last of my purchases I will NOT RECOMMEND PayPal to ANYONE!!!!
