I sent my package away by Express this morning I got a email from paypal saying the buyer made a payment and they needed my tracking number to verify I shipped my package before I could receive the package, after I have paypal the tracking number I got another email saying they got it and it had to be processed through their verification center which could take up to 12 hours..does this sound right? I also chatted with an agent he could only verify for me that they sent an email to me confirming that I sent the buyer a payment request
