Okay, so I have sent the 1p, she has gotten it, spent £5 and attached her debit card. There's still no £10 to be seen for either of us. I know it may take a few days and up to January 2021 but how do we even know that we're going to get money in the first place. Were we meant get any notifications saying we're eligible? I've read the terms and conditions carefully and I'm 99.9% sure that I didn't mess anything up.
