Thank you for your post! I do not believe that there is typically a delay between the time that the PIN is changed and its use in the PayPal system, but if you are experiencing a delay, it may be that the change hasn't fully propagated yet. If the new PIN doesn't work after an hour, please contact customer service for troubleshooting.
