I have a Paypal card and I'm not sure if it's activated or not. How do I know if my Paypal card is activated?

If card is activated and linked, you can access its functions on your PayPal account. You can definitely see its icon on the Summary page.

To activate PayPal Cash debit card:

paypal.com/activatecard

Or just call customer service number on back of the card that you have to activate.
