Hi, so my bank and paypal were fine and my card expiry ran out so i was sent a new card same account number and info just with updated expiry and security code, However now if i try add my card or anything i just get your card has been declined or if updating i get sorry try again later now my card works in every other shop or online at all other places the only place im having issues is on paypal. I have tried speaking to a paypal agent but i only seem to get foreign people who dont speak the best english who never seem to understand what i try and tell them but the agent tried to manually input my details and said they couldnt do it and i needed to get my bank to fix it when its only paypal that is having issues with my card.
im getting very frustrated my paypal is in arrears i cant buy on ebay any help appreciated.
