I need help. I placed two orders with Swiggy and before the order, my Paypal account had 107 Rs voucher. Both the orders were cancelled due to issue at restaurant’s end. I received correct amount of referrals towards my Credit card account however there is a mismatch in the voucher balance as I only have Rs 57. Where is the remaining Rs 50 balance disappeared? Both the orders were cancelled and have received full refund amount confirmation for credit card balance but Paypal voucher amount is still missing.
