Paypal promotions

I received a email from PayPal claiming I received a $10 reward to click claimed now I did, it said successfully claimed, I read the terms and agreements and it says payment received within 24 hours I have not received anything when I go to claimed reward again it says already claimed and I have zero balance in my PayPal account can someone help me?

I got the promo, too, and the confirmation page that it would appear in my account in 24-48 hours. Nothing has shown up.
