I've lost my card and can't find where to. Report it went to summary page and still can't find

Hi,

Here's how to report your PayPal Cash Card lost or stolen:

1. Click PayPal Cash Card on your Summary page. <— (If you do not see the card icon, contact customer service, click bell icon at top menu of your account after logging in.)
2. Click Manage my card. 
3. Click Report card lost or stolen and follow the instructions.

Here's how to report your PayPal Cash Card lost or stolen in the PayPal app:

1. Log in to the PayPal app.
2. Click the Settings cog in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Click PayPal Cash Card.
4. Click Report your card lost or stolen.
5. Follow the steps provided to replace your card.

Once you report your card lost or stolen, the card is permanently closed.

me too. I don't see 'manage my card' in the options on the summary page
