I have a basic Paypal account. I recently got a Paypal prepaid debit card. I am trying to figure out how to transfer money to my paypal account, to then do a Paypal Balance tranfer to my Paypal debit card.
The problems:
- I do can't find way to make my account a Paypal cash account.
- I can't find a way to transfer money into my Paypal account to "make it" a Paypal cash account with a balance.
