Hi,
So I recently made a payment for one of my orders using my paypal special offer discount (cashback from a previous order) and partially from my credit card. But the merchant could not fulfill the order because the item was not in stock and the order was cancelled. I recieved the refund in my credit card but I cant use the special offer anymore because apparently it has expired. How is it fair since I did place the order when the offer was valid and the merchant later refused to fulfill the order?
Any helps would be appreciated.
