I ordered a tablet from samsung using pay in 4, at checkout it said everything was successful, however i check my bank account, and i was charged the first payment twice. i checked my paypal account twice and it is showing the two payments pending that are apparently to verify my card but says i wont be charged until the payment is complete even tho they have already taken both payment out of my account. according to the pay in 4 notification, however, it says i havent even made my first payment yet. what should i do? i have tried contacting paypal with no success.
