Hi, i was using paypal pay in 3 but i lost connection half way through the process so i went and did it again but, i checked my bank account and i have been charged twice and i went to see if i could cancel the previous one but the option to cancel it, is not there. Anyhelp? Also i have tried filing a dispute but i can't file one for this.
