Paypal offer

Hi,

I have paid my paypal balance. There is a paypal promotional offer which I have paid off now, the paypal balance says this and but the offer when clicked on says it is still remaining? Any idea when this will clear? Does it clear on the day the offers up?

I am sorry about your issue. Please, clear cache and cookies and try with a different browser to check if the promotion has been applied correctly. You should have received an email as well.

If that is not the case, please try contacting customer service by phone by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website and then Call us, or reach out by PM on Facebook or DM on Twitter.
