Hi I got an offer for $5 off my next purchase from paypal. I tried to checkout with paypal on ebay but there isnt a place to check to use the offer once im already on ebay. On my paypal I do have the section checked to use the offer on my next purchase so I dont know why its not using it/ showing it. Can it not be used on ebay?
