Please i want to create PayPal.me link they ask me to confirm my card by paying 1.93$ which i did and has been deducted from account, but yet if i click on create PayPal.me link they will still refer me to confirm my card after i have done that since why?

Have you completed the card confirmation? PayPal will charge your debit or credit card a small fee. The charge will accompany a unique 4-digit PayPal code, which will appear on your next monthly statement, next to the charge. As soon as you have received the PayPal code, please follow these instructions to complete the process.

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click Contact Us on the bottom of the webpage.
3. Select Resolution Center on the top right.
4. Click Resolve next to "Add a credit card and enter your PayPal code".
5. Enter your 4-digit PayPal code in the box provided.
6. Click Submit.
