Hi 

When i copy my paypal link and enter it on the company website to retrieve my payment it does not go through

I get this   This value is not a valid email address.

You PayPal.me link is only to give to people to use to send you payments. It just takes them to your PayPal.me page to pay you. Your PayPal account is identified by the email address you signed up for a PayPal account with. Please use that email address and your account password to retrieve your payment.
