So i sent someone my link and for them it says my account is disabled. When i type the link it doesnt say that. Why would my account be disabled? I cant find any information anywhere about this.

Go to Account Settings (cog icon) and see if the PayPal.me link for your account is turned on or not.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
