I'm trying to send money for a purchase using the Paypal.me link that I was sent, but when I click the link I am not able to use the funds already in my account and only have the option to pay by card and be charged a fee. When I go into my Paypal account and try to send money using my current funds I get a message saying the user is not valid. I in know this person, it's not an online scam, how do I resolve this? Can I use my available funds and not get charged an extra fee?
