New Community Member issues

Hi all - i have set up link and sent out to 30 clients so they can choose the amount to pay as each differs slightly, i know of 1 client who has paid this way and i got an email asking me to accept it, i logged in and accepted it but it does not show in my activity. I sent 2 small amounts from my personal account, the same issue and nothing shows on the account. The support is non existent, I spent all day yesterday trying to chat with replies taking 4-5 hours. The email on the account is correct, i set it up and the same email is shown for the payment. I now have to contact each of these clients to sort out another payment method - can anyone help me?!
