I've recieved an email from Paypal saying that my Access Card is about to be disabled in two weeks time, and that I need to apply for the new one. But it seems it's now only available if I switch to a Business account?
Is it not possible to have one for a personal/premier account any more? And can I even switch to a business account if I don't have a business?
That is correct. You can switch to a business account without having a registered business. Just ensure you choose Individual when asked what is the business type.
