I am trying to set up a paypal cash plus account and I keep getting a message saying that my account cannot be updated and to call them. Also I want to order a paypal prepaid cash card but I've looked everywhere on the app and there's nothing to click on that says paypal cash card on it . I need instructions on how to find the link I have to press on to get a card ordered. Please include instructions for both the website and the app. Thanks
