Paypal cash card

Can i use my paypal cash card to withdraw cash from atm from all around the world or it it just restricted to countries where paypal is functional.

Thanks for posting your question. I hope you're doing just fine. 

You can use your PayPal Cash Mastercard at any PULSE, Cirrus or MoneyPass ATMs.

Additionally, non-US ATM Transaction fee is $2.50 per withdrawal from a non-US ATM. This fee will apply even if the transaction does not require a currency conversion.
