Does anyone have any experience using Paypal services via Etsy at all? I recently opened a store and I'm some teething problems and nobody seems to be able to help me. I live in Jersey Channel Islands and my store's payments means is only Paypal. However, when someone tries to make a purchase, a pop up saying 'this is a risky transaction' pops up. Etsy have informed me this is a problem with Paypal. Does anyone have experience in this? Does this indeed sound like a Paypal issue?
