So i have tried talking to tech support but no one seams to know what they are doing paypal keeps kicking out my bank info and saying my bank declined the transaction i have already talked to the bank and was informed no there is nothing in my account that is blocking paypal the rep i talked to spent about 10 mins looking into every thing to make sure that that was correct. second issue is they have the wrong number on file for the txt for code i have already updated all the phone info but it is still going to my wifes phone witch is funny because i never settup my wifes phone on my account she has her own account. needles to say i have wrote them a few times and been trying to get this taken care of but looks like every one i get is a noob and only knows how to copy and past instead of actualy doing there jobs!!!!!!!
