I'm trying to transfer my grocery money that I ration out in my paypal account to my paypal pre paid card and every single time I try it says "Unable to perform the PayPal Instant Transfer." in red text. Yes, I have money in the account. Yes I am doing an amount less than or equal to 300 dollars. This is aggravating. Help.
