I started a PayPal pool and received contributions. PayPal has deducted 18% of my available contributions and there is no listing of where or why this money has been deducted. All of the recipients were from the U.S., so international fees should not be an issue. Please help! According to everything I read there should be no fee for these transactions and even if there were 18% is WAY more than what is mentioned.
