I have been using multi-order shipping since 2015, and have seen a LOT of downgrades with the functionality of the program. They constantly change the way the printing is formatted (I've had to change multiple label printers), can't switch between portrait and landscape anymore (removes using the Zebra functionality) but of all of them, this new one has to be the biggest downgrade I've seen by far. I use the USPS labels from labeluniverse since they have the little stickers for the label receipt that I use for closing out orders; However, there is no longer any label receipts when printing labels!? Is anyone else having this issue? Why do they constantly change the multi-order shipping program when there is nothing wrong with it? They should have left it as is from years ago. Makes it very difficult for hardware compatibility.
