Paypal.Me is essentially useless until we can change URL

I know this is a dead horse but let's revive it until something happens.

The fact that this is an issue is asinine! What's the point of having a "cash app" like service that is missing basic functionality? Does Paypal not realize they are missing out on a Cash app shaped boatload worth of interaction and fees? All because we can't change the URL!?

Please Paypal. Fix this and I guarantee that myself, and many others, would end up integrating Paypal.me into our daily lives! You are letting a minor inconvenience hold back a key feature.

All because of a URL? Then a new account and close the old one if you want to change the link name. Otherwise, there'd be room for abuse, scams and shenanigans. The hustle is real. Simply choose your url name carefully when creating the link. You can have a personal account PayPal.me link and a business account PayPal.me link. PayPal didn't allow changes to the url since they introduced the feature.
