I have the Paypal Debit Cashback Card and a Paypal Master CreditCard but the system will not allow me to chose the Credit as backup. When I pay if funds is not in Paypal it takes it straight from my bank account instead of the credit card which I don't want. I called paypal and the rep is not seeing the card as backup either. Is anyone else having this problem???
