Paypal Mastercard Cashback alerts

Hi everyone! Just received my new Paypal Mastercard Cashback card and I am very excited about that! Great card but.. I am a bit confused about setting up alerts for it. It is very important for me to get notifications when my card is charged. But it doesn’t send me any kind of alerts!!! Very disappointed ... any thoughts about that??

Hi

I contacted synchrony and they told me that this card does not have an alert feature.

However, when i made my first payment, I was prompted to set up alerts.

Try this. log into the paypal mastercard account and go to this link

https://paypal.syf.com/eService/Alerts/manageAlerts.action

I haven't tested the alerts yet so I can not verify that it is working
