Paypal will not let me apply for a Paypal Master Business Debit Card or Cash Card. Why?

What's going on? Is it because of the virus?

PayPal Debit Mastercard Application is not affected by the outbreak. Eligibility for this card depends on your record and account with PayPal. Account must be fully verified with declared SSN, at the legal age, no limitation or restriction and must have a good record with PayPal. Check out our PayPal Product Page for more info.
