I have a chop reader and it worked one day 1/18 I ran 3 $10.00 transations. Now the chip reader isn't working nor can I get my money from paypalhere,. the message I get is : based on the information you've provided it looks like you are not currently eligible for PayPalHere. I have been on the phone for 2 weeks still not satisfaction. I want my $28.50 and I could care less to use the chip reader. I will find another way to except credit cards.
