Paypal E-Gifts phone number, no one ever answers, did not receive giftcard, no reply to my email.

I am livid! NO ONE ANSWERS THE PAYPAL E-GIFT CARD PHONE NUMBER! I've tried multiple days just to be on hold for 2+ hours. I called the regular number for paypal and tell them no one answers so all the they do is just STILL transfer me to the same number and no one answers. I JUST WANT MY GIFTCARD!!!

Locate the payment transaction and click "Report a problem". See if you can file a dispute for item not received to get a refund and buy the gift card again.

It doesn’t let me. It takes me to a error page. I’m about to call my bank and do a charge back.
