Is anyone else suddenly getting their PayPal debit declined in places it previously worked with no problem even though they have sufficient funds?
I'm sorry to hear about the declines that you're experiencing. Please call the number on the back of the card to speak with a representative and allow them to troubleshoot this issue. It may be a security issue, which would require customer service assistance.

I spoke to customer service and PayPal has decided, all of a sudden, that a business I've worked with for years is no longer one that they will work with and I can no longer use my PayPal card to use their service. It's "for my protection."
