Paypal Debit Card Australia

Hey! Why the PayPal Debit Card or Cash Card isn't available on Australia??? Don't you guys think its an disappointment for the aussies?? And also due to the limited services to the aussies is the major reason that Paypal Australia is not quite popular as it is in UK and Us.

Yeah this is stupid, there are zero reasons they can't offer it here, so I assume they are just lazy and don't want to do any work.
