I have been using a Paypal Prepaid Debit Card for close to two years now as my only type of personal banking. I use it with my paychecks from work that get direct deposited along with everything else. I have never had an issue with transfers or going back and fourth between the prepaid platform and the regular paypal account. About a months ago, my debit card cracked from normal wear and tear. I was using it still, just taped together. I ordered the new Paypal Cash Mastercard about a week ago and received it in the mail a few days ago. I activated it without an issue. Once activated, I filed for a replacement Prepaid card, thus deactivating the current one. My issue is that I cant find any way to transfer funds from the prepaid account, to anywhere else in order to get it into my paypal account for the new cash card. It’s virtually stuck.
