Paypal Card Request

I am unable to find the option to request the Paypal debit card. Can somebody guide me how to request it. Thanks

Unfortunately, we do not have that PayPal product available in Saudi Arabia at the moment. It is only available in limited countries. You will receive an update on new products in your region when they become available.
