I had the old style Paypal business card for a long time and never had a problem.But recently I changed to the new cash back Paypal Mastercard.I only use this card to pay for my Ebay postage charges at my local post office.The new card was OK for a short time and then was declined by the post office despite there being more funds in my account than the proposed payment amount.The card then worked fine again for the next week or so and then was declined again?I contacted Paypal who transferred me to Mastercard.I was given a load of excuses all blaming the post office.So I cancelled the card?
