Paypal Business Debit Mastercard NIGHTMARE

My card constantly declines payments no matter what amount and my paypal card is in balance.

I have tried to contact the Business Card team numerous times and it's as if they don't exist?

Has anyone got through to them? I have called their number and been put through to the regular paypal team who cannot help and they tell me to send a message or try contacting them through chat which then doesn't put me through to the right team either and they tell me to call in.

I've also had some transfer my call to the business card team and I'm met with a "this call is not supported" then the call ends.

It's absolutely ridiculous why offer a service if you have no support team?
